The ZXD series linear vibrating equal thickness screen is a linear vibrating screen with a box type vibrator and multiple sections of different inclined screen surfaces. It is named Banana Screen because the shape of the screen box is similar to a banana. It is mainly used for the classification of medium and fine-grained materials with high fine-grained content, and can also be used for operations such as dehydration, desilting, and desliming (fine-grained refers to particles with a particle size less than half of the sieve size). The screening surface adopts a line form with different inclinations, and the screening method with a constant thickness of the material layer from the feeding end to the discharging end. The ratio of the material amount to the flow rate on each section of the screening surface is stable, showing a balanced state. The screening effect is significantly improved, and the processing capacity is increased by 1.5–2 times compared to the vibrating screen with the same effective area, especially for the classification of medium and fine particles.
