Tailings dewatering screens are widely used in industries such as tailings dry discharge, concentrate dewatering, slurry concentration, chip removal, and carbon slurry separation for filtration and dewatering equipment. This machine is particularly suitable for processing fine-grained minerals and can also be used in conjunction with cyclones for higher and more efficient dewatering. It can be widely used for tailings dry discharge, concentrate dewatering and other operations.
The machine is mainly composed of a screening box, an exciter, a support system, and a motor. Two unrelated vibrators operate synchronously in reverse, and the centrifugal force generated by the two sets of eccentric masses is superimposed along the vibration direction. The reverse centrifugal force cancels out, forming a single vibration along the vibration direction, causing the sieve box to perform reciprocating linear motion.
