The sand and gravel separator mainly consists of a separation system, a water supply and drainage system, an electrical control system, and a lubrication system. The separation system adopts the excellent separation effect of the row hole rolling screen, and is equipped with an automatic stone scanning mechanism and an advanced photoelectric automation control system. This machine is mainly used for cleaning the mixing truck of the concrete mixing plant and separating and recycling the remaining waste concrete, sand and stone, and water. The use of this device can completely solve the problem of waste concrete pollution and save resources. Not only can it automatically separate and clean the sand, stone, and slurry from the waste concrete in the mixer truck, but it also ensures the reuse of sand, stone, and water. The sewage passes through the sedimentation tank, settles, and is then pumped into the machine for recycling, completely achieving zero discharge of sewage.
