Box crusher, also known as heavy hammer crusher or square box crusher, is a type of crushing machinery that absorbs advanced technologies from both domestic and foreign sources. It integrates ordinary heavy hammer crushers, impact crushers, vertical axis heavy hammer crushers, and various hammer heads (plate hammers) to strike and crush stone materials. Through optimized design, the latest generation of crushing machinery products has been manufactured and produced. The method of controlling the particle size of the discharged material with a pen bar has been changed, reducing the wear of the hammerhead in the crushing chamber and increasing the lifespan of the hammerhead by 4–6 times. Each hammerhead can crush 30000 to 40000 tons of stone, achieving a major breakthrough in crushing technology and truly achieving twice the result with half the effort.
