Rubber screen plate is an industrial component made of steel plate skeleton and special rubber bonded together. It is the core component of vibrating screen and is mainly used in industries such as coal preparation, mineral processing, metallurgy, etc. The surface of the product is uniformly distributed with square, circular or rectangular holes, with a thickness of 7–30mm. The product uses a metal skeleton to enhance the structural strength, and the surface sieve holes are designed as inverted cones, combined with the relaxation performance of rubber to reduce clogging and improve screening accuracy. It has high wear resistance, impact resistance, and low noise characteristics, and its service life is 4–8 times longer than that of metal screen plates. It is lightweight and can reduce equipment energy consumption.
